Welcome to Indian Summer HOME. This website is owned by Indian Summer HOME and should you purchase our products you are subjected to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to read these terms and conditions carefully prior to purchase, as once items have been purchased, you are agreeing to abide with the term and conditions stated.

 

DELIVERIES.

Indian Summer HOME endeavours to ship all items purchased online within 2 business days.

Shipping times Australia wide are estimated between 3 - 5 business days.  

However, we advise that you please allow up to 10 days for all deliveries. 

Indian Summer HOME utilises the services of Sendle for all delivery requirements.

As the purchaser/receiver, provide Indian Summer HOME with your email address and you will automatically get tracking notifications of you purchase by email once the item has been dispatched.

Otherwise provide Indian Summer HOME with your email address you can receive more detailed tracking information by signing up for a free Sendle account with the same email address.

PRICES & PAYMENT.                                                                                                                                      

All Prices are in Australian dollars. Online prices may be subject to change without notice, and may differ from prices available elsewhere.
Indian Summer HOME online accepts VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal payments. Please visit PayPal’s website for their user agreement including security arrangements.

RETURNS.                                                                                                                                                

Indian Summer Home does not offer a refund for change of mind. Exchange or credit are available within 14 days of purchase (postage costs are not redeemable). Items are to be returned in original packaging, with tags, unused and returned to the original place of delivery.                                   Indian Summer HOME endeavours to display accurately the finishes, colour  and sizes of our products that appear on the website.

Please note the majority of our products are handmade, using traditional techniques and therefore each piece is unique and may vary to the character of the product.  Indian Summer Home accepts NO responsibility for the return or refund due to these variations.               

Please be aware that Indian Summer Home is not held responsible for missing items on return. 

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges unless returning an item deemed to have a fault.

In this case, contact Indian Summer Home to arrange method of shipping.                                                                                      

If an item has a fault, you will receive a refund and / or exchange.

 If the same item is not available a credit will be issued, this can be used towards the next order or a similar product but must be used within 12 months from date of issue.

PRIVACY & SECURITY.                                                                                                                             

Indian Summer HOME does not receive your credit card details for payments made through PayPal.              

Indian Summer HOME will not disclose or use for any secondary purpose personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address.
